James Emeka Okwudi is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 13 years of progressive experience in human capital development, talent management and corporate services across the financial services sector. 

A certified HR professional and project manager, James holds multiple credentials including ACIPM, HRPL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Mini-MBA certifications. He is also a graduate of the University of Lagos with a degree in Political Science and a diploma in Mass Communication. 

His career has seen him hold key leadership roles at top-tier institutions including Jaiz Bank Plc, Keystone Bank Ltd, and Nuel Ojei Holdings.
